You'll be responsible for:

• Assist & manage releases of new slots on our brand websites
• Manage & assist with lobby management, evaluation of performance, ensure that the content portfolio is up to date, onboard new providers
• Test games and ensure they work correctly in the required currencies and territories
• Propose and execute casino campaigns together with the Casino and CRM Teams
• Follow up with our game providers on daily tasks/issues
• Ensure our games are compliant in the markets we operate in
• Compile and maintain documentation and reports as required
• Support daily operation tasks across our product portfolio
• Collaborate with CRM team in setting up promotions for upcoming campaigns
• Help test on-going product development functionalities
• Be the main contact for escalations coming from the CS Team
• Support the Casino team on any ad hoc duties as required

You’ll need to have:

• Have at least 1+ year experience within the iGaming industry

• Have strong knowledge and interest in casino games and live casino

• Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English both spoken and written

• Be adaptable and good problem-solver

• Be a team player but can also work independently

• Be an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• Have strong organizational skills
