Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to support both growth and retention initiatives. You will play an active role in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align on campaign priorities.

  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and web channels.

  • Manage campaign setup, QA, scheduling, and reporting to ensure flawless execution.

  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Contribute to content creation, including landing pages, emails, and digital ads.

  • Help maintain marketing tools and CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Research industry trends and competitor activity to support campaign strategy.

Job requirements

Youโ€™ll need to have:

  • 2 - 4 yearsโ€™ professional experience in marketing, operations or related fields (ideally in online gaming).

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot).

  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization tactics.

  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

  • Experience in online casino gaming is a plus.
