We are seeking a Customer Support Agent - Finnish  to join our Operations team 🌟

You'll be responsible for:

• Dealing with customers via chat and email

• Providing a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction

• Working closely with other departments

• Identify innovative practices to improve customer service

• Work closely with the rest of the team

• Reviewing basic KYC documents

• Providing insight into customer feedback

• Hitting targets and SLAs

• Ad hoc tasks as required by management

You’ll need to have:

• Fluency in Finnish and English language 
• At least 1year experience in a similar role 
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Has problem–solving skills
• Easy to adapt and learns quickly
• Willing to work on shift
• People’s person
• Strong communication skills
• Can-do attitude
• Customer service experience and/or exposure to Igaming will be considered an advantage
