You'll be responsible for:


  • Lead the design and development of the company's frontend architecture, ensuring it aligns with business and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to drive the implementation of new features and functionality.

  • Uplevel front-end expertise and promote technical best practices through coaching and mentoring engineers across the entire initiative.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in frontend technology and apply them to the company's architecture.

  • Ensure the frontend architecture is robust, scalable, and secure.

  • Provide technical leadership and direction on frontend architecture and development best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the codebase through refactoring and the implementation of new design patterns and approach.

Job requirements

You'll need to have:

  • Expertise in React (applications and component libraries) and Next.js.

  • Expertise working with state management (Redux, mobx, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge and experience in REST, GraphQL, and API best practices.

  • Strong knowledge in CMSs (Directus, Strapi, Contentful, etc.).

  • A proven track record in leading the development of frontend architectures for large projects, ensuring maintainability, performance, and accessibility for engineers of all skill levels.

  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of effectively communicating technical concepts to a diverse audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A strong understanding of design principles and user experience design.

  • Skilled in responsive web design, able to create websites and applications that are optimized for a range of devices and screen sizes.

  • Advanced debugging skills, able to effectively identify and resolve complex issues in the frontend codebase.
