High Roller is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Casino to join our dynamic team in the Marketing department. As the Head of Casino, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our casino operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability.
You'll be responsible for:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the casino department
Manage and lead a team of casino professionals, providing guidance and support
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to optimize the overall customer experience
Creating and executing key casino marketing tactics, working with existing and new partners to generate growth.
Work closely to marketing team to develop and execute player engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty and lifetime value via promotions, bonuses, loyalty, and reactivation campaigns
Works alongside the Technology, VIP, Content, Design, and Video teams to brainstorm new features that improve user experience and drive growth.
Owning the content and on-site placement of casino and games. Using your experience and flair to deliver exactly what the customer craves.
Be the point of contact for account managers of casino providers, including working closely with the finance team for invoicing.
Liaising with game providers regarding exclusive releases, network promotions and bonus allowance.
Regular analysis and reporting to senior business stakeholders on core commercial metrics and trends.
Monitoring the competitive landscape to constantly identify new opportunities and ensure our offering is ahead of the game.
Representing the company in the industry, ensuring your finger is firmly on the pulse of the latest casino trends and product advancements.
Working closely with the creative team to achieve a vibrant and distinctive visual identity across casino banners and advertising assets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge
You’ll need to have:
Prior experience in a leadership role within strong experience in the casino operations
At least 5 years experience in B2C/B2B product and/or marketing roles. Hands-on experience is a must.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability
Strong knowledge of casino operations, including table games, slots, and customer service
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
