You'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute the payments product strategy in alignment with overall business objectives such as a new market or new brand.
  • Build and maintain tools and reporting to monitor and improve payments performance metrics such as acceptance rates and chargeback ratios, implementing strategies to improve KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with payment service providers, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize payment processing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify payment trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
  • Continuous analysis and optimization of payment method acceptance rates.
  • Communicate with payment providers to understand any changes required to maximize acceptance rate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, and marketing to ensure seamless integration and functionality of payment products.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on payment product performance and payments roadmap.
  • Collaborate with VIP & Customer Support teams to address payment-related issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for onboarding new payment providers and overseeing the process from initial negotiations to going live.
  • Maintain a list of bugs/outages related to payments.
  • Coordinate with the Risk Fraud & Payments to develop operational procedures related to payment providers and payment fraud.
  • Take lead on the integration of any new payment methods whether it be a direct integration or via a gateway.
  • Responsible for the cashier including its performance.
  • Lead testing and quality assurance efforts for payment products.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure that settlements are received in a timely and efficient manner and as per agreement.
  • Other duties and ad hoc requests as required by the business.

Job requirements

You’ll need to have:

  •  3+ years of experience in iGaming payment product roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities in tackling complex payment-related issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency with payment processing systems. Previous experience with PIQ/Worldline will be considered as an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
