You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Responsible Gaming (RG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols to ensure player safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve RG and AML capabilities through automation and technological innovation.
  • Oversee and manage the risk assessment and processing of player activities, ensuring robust controls to enhance security and compliance.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, identifying trends in player behaviour, fraud incidents, and support interactions to drive continuous improvement in player safety.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to integrate advanced fraud detection technologies and automate risk management processes, enhancing system resilience and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic leadership in training programs, equipping team members with advanced skills in RG, AML, customer engagement, and risk mitigation.
  • Handle escalated issues related to RG, AML, and player safety, offering solutions that balance regulatory compliance with customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a regulatory compliance framework supporting strategic business initiatives while ensuring all player safety activities meet legal standards.
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and promote safe gaming practices.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as per business needs, prioritizing to ensure player safety.

Job requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role within RG, AML, customer support, risk management, or a similar field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, risk management principles, and fraud prevention techniques.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and improving RG and AML processes.
  • Experience in developing and implementing AML and RG strategies in a regulated iGaming industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
