The Role:
As a Payment Product Owner at High Roller, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the payment strategy to ensure a seamless, secure, and efficient payment experience for our customers. You will own the end-to-end payment product lifecycle, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance payment solutions, optimize transaction processes, and drive innovation in the payments space. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to delivering best-in-class payment solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Own the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of High Roller’s payment products and services.

• Manage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, banks, and financial institutions to ensure optimal payment processing performance.

• Oversee payment integrations, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Monitor and optimize transaction flows, reducing payment failures and improving approval rates across multiple markets.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with fraud, charge backs, and payment security in collaboration with the risk and compliance teams.

• Stay updated on emerging payment trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to keep High Roller at the forefront of payment innovation.

• Collaborate with product, tech, compliance, and finance teams to align payment solutions with business needs and regulatory requirements.

• Drive the implementation of new payment methods and alternative payment solutions to enhance customer experience and expand market reach.

• Lead and execute data-driven initiatives to improve payment conversion rates and operational efficiency.

• Provide insights and regular reports on payment performance, key metrics, and potential improvements to senior management.

You'll need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payment product management, preferably within iGaming.

• Strong knowledge of payment processing, acquiring, card schemes, alternative payment methods, and fraud prevention strategies.

• Experience in managing PSP integrations, APIs, and payment gateway configurations, especially PaymentIQ (Worldline)

• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance in payments, including PSD2, AML, and KYC requirements.

• Proven ability to drive payment-related KPIs, including transaction success rates, chargeback reduction, and cost optimization.

• Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret payment data and translate insights into strategic actions.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership and external partners.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
