Job Overview
We are looking for a Player Support Ambassador to join our growing Operations team.
In this role, you will support customers across our products and platforms while assisting with operational and compliance-related processes. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers. You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.
Initially, the role will focus primarily on supporting our casino operations. As the business continues to expand, the role will also support our prediction markets product and related operational processes.

You'll be responsible for:

• Provide customer support via chat and email.

• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

• Review basic KYC and verification documents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers and resolve issues efficiently.

• Identify and escalate customer issues, platform incidents, and operational concerns to the relevant teams, following through to resolution where required.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

• Provide insights based on customer feedback and trends.

• Support operational processes across both casino and prediction market products as required.

• Assist with new product launches, initiatives, and operational projects.

• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

You’ll need to have:

• Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Interest in learning about regulated gaming and prediction market products.

• Flexibility to work day and night shifts as business needs require.

• Zendesk knowledge is considered a plus.
