You'll be responsible for:
Responsible to QA Customer Support & VIP team communication to ensure performance and service are up to the business’ standards
Setting up QA structure and procedures
Identifying performance gaps within operations
Suggesting improvement in processes
Tracking performance and providing feedback to the relevant team leaders
Presenting QA trends and analysis to management
Reviewing players accounts to identify ways of making our product more appealing
Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management
You’ll need to have:
- Excellent analytical skills
Adaptable and approachable
Have excellent communication & presentation skills
High level of spoken and written English
Works independently but must also be a team player
Highly organized and great time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Knowledgeable of the igaming industry. Experience in QA within the industry in relation to customer support / VIP will be considered an asset
