Role Overview

High Roller Technologies is seeking an SEC Reporting Analyst to join its growing finance team and help drive public company reporting and compliance in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

The role will focus on SEC filings, technical accounting, and U.S. regulatory compliance as the company enters the rapidly evolving regulated prediction markets space — a major new growth area for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, Section 16)

• Assist with financial statements, disclosures, MD&A, and supporting schedules

• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls

• Conduct technical accounting research and prepare related memos

• Support audits and coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and internal teams

• Maintain and improve financial reporting and disclosure

• Monitor SEC and regulatory updates

You’ll need to:

• Be based in the U.S., ideally in Texas

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Have 2–5+ years of relevant professional experience

• Have experience supporting SEC reporting for a publicly listed U.S. company

• Have a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

• Be highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Public company reporting experience in high-growth or small-cap environments

• Gaming, fintech, or other regulated industry experience

• Exposure to prediction markets

• CPA qualification (or progress toward CPA certification)
