Role Overview

High Roller Technologies is looking for an SEC Reporting Analyst to support public company financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and technical accounting. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate SEC filings, maintaining compliance with U.S. supporting strategic

initiatives as the company expands into prediction markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and support SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, Section 16)

  • Assist with financial statements, disclosures, MD&A, and supporting schedules

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls

  • Conduct technical accounting research and prepare related memos

  • Support audits and coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and internal teams

  • Maintain and improve financial reporting and disclosure

  • Monitor SEC and regulatory updates

Job requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience

  • Public accounting experience preferred

  • SEC reporting experience for a U.S.-listed public company

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

Preferred Experience

  • Public company reporting in high-growth or small-cap environments

  • Gaming, fintech, or regulated industry experience

  • Exposure to prediction markets
