Senior Communication Designer

We are seeking a Senior Communication Designer to join our team in Malta (Hybrid). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CRM, marketing teams and product designers to create visually engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience. You will play a key role in building and evolving our brand identities across multiple platforms. This position requires a designer who can think creatively, work efficiently across multiple brands, and collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and impactful visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities: ✏️

- Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to design and execute visually compelling campaigns that align with strategic goals.

- Develop and maintain brand identity across various digital and print platforms, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual communication for multiple brands.

- Create engaging designs for marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media content, promotional materials, product, and landing pages.

- Work closely with other creative departments such as product designers to ensure alignment on all visual assets.

- Manage and prioritise multiple projects across different brands, delivering high-quality design solutions.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices, particularly within the iGaming and digital sectors.

Requirements: 🎨

- 4+ years of experience working as a designer in a creative or marketing role.

- Proven strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and illustration.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Experience in the iGaming industry is considered an asset.

- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of design principles including colour theory, typography, and layout.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
